Simon Yared is a Managing Partner at Yared Law, offering a unique, multidisciplinary approach to legal challenges. A graduate of Saint Joseph University (USJ), Simon earned his Bachelor’s degree in Private Law in 2005. He began his career at Airut Law Offices—one of Lebanon’s most prestigious firms—and was admitted to the Beirut Bar Association in 2006. He holds a Master of Laws (DEA) in Private and Business Law, specializing in Banking and Capital Markets, with a distinguished thesis on international bankruptcy jurisdiction.

A Unique Strategic Edge: Simon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology from the Lebanese University (2011). This background allows him to navigate the human element of legal disputes with exceptional precision, particularly in mediation and corporate restructuring.

Between 2022 and 2025, Simon further expanded his international profile in Switzerland. He holds the prestigious Federal Diploma of Higher Education as an HR Specialist, reflecting his mastery of Swiss labor standards and organizational leadership. This rare combination of Psychology, HR, and Law makes him a premier advisor for corporate clients facing sensitive labor issues or complex internal transitions.
