Hind Yared is a cornerstone of Yared Law, having been a driving force behind the firm’s evolution and strategic growth since joining in 1999. With over two decades of experience, she specializes in Banking Law, Corporate Law, and Tax Law.

A graduate of Saint Joseph University (USJ), Hind earned her Bachelor’s degree in Private Law in 1999, followed by a Master of Laws (DEA) in 2004. Her academic rigor is highlighted by her specialized thesis focused on the global struggle against money laundering—a critical asset for the firm’s corporate and banking clients.

In 2002, Hind further sharpened her expertise through a legal consultancy internship with ABN Amro Bank, where she advised on complex corporate matters. This dual perspective of private practice and institutional legal consulting allows her to provide nuanced, high-level counsel to international and domestic clients alike.

Hind is fluent in Arabic, French, and English, ensuring seamless representation for a diverse global clientele.
